Milisavljevic and Bjelica in Lietuvos Rytas

Ex team of head coach Aleksandar Trifunovic, Lietuvos Rytas, agreed terms with Branko Milisavljevic (193-G-76, agency: Beo Basket) and Milko Bjelica (207-C-84).

Branko Milisavljevic was hero of Greek Maroussi Athens. He was the clutch player of the quarterfinals series against Aris. Maroussi won it 2-1 while Milisavljevic scored more than 80 points in three games. At the next stage Milisavljevic and his team showed very good performance against Olympiakos but in the fifth game they missed a potentially winning shot at the very end. Milisavljevic started the season in French team Paris-Levallois and later, actually December, he joined Maroussi. For 17 games in regular season he averaged 12.4 ppg and 1.9 apg while for 12 games in play-off he had much better digits 18.5 ppg and 3.3 apg. Before Maroussi, Milisavljeivc used to play for Nancy, Mega Ishrana, Hapoel Ironi nahariya, Telekom Basket Bonn, Olympiakos, PAOK, Partizan and Borac Cacak.

Leatuvos Rytas also agreed terms with Milko Bjelica, who spent last season with Sasa Obradovic in Koln 99ers. He played 12 games for Koln in ULEB Cup averaging 12.5 ppg, 3 rpg and 1.4 apg. Bjelica also played 33 games in German Bundesleague averaging 13.2 ppg and 5 rpg and 1.6 apg. Before Koln he spent one year in Braunschweig while in the past he also used to play 5 seasons in Crvena Zvezda
